Information you provide voluntarily via our online forms is kept in the strictest confidence and is intended for use by ProDental CPD or ProDental CPD suppliers as appropriate.
It is your responsibility to ensure any information provided by you to ProDental CPD is complete, accurate and up to date.
You will notify ProDental CPD immediately of any changes to your information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you submit to ProDental CPD as part of your registration is valid and that the services software or systems you use to access your email don’t block or filter communications from ProDental CPD.
ProDental CPD is not responsible for the delivery or your receipt of these communications.
ProDental CPD do not share or sell email addresses.
Occasionally, ProDental CPD may provide links to other sites considered to be useful.
Third party sites operate independently of ProDental CPD and have established their own privacy and security policies.
You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of those sites before providing them with your information.
All transaction information passed between ProHelathcare CPD and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.
Use of the ProDental CPD Website
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit the ProDental CPD website (or any portion of it), unless you have ProDental CPD’s express written permission to do so.
The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the website are the property of ProDental CPD or its licensors.
In the event ProDental CPD believes that you have failed to comply with all terms applicable to your use of ProDental CPD website, you agree that ProDental CPD has the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to restrict your access to this or any other ProDental CPD site.
You acknowledge and agree that: Use of this website is at your own risk. Any features available through the ProDental CPD website are provided on an ‘as is’ or ‘as available’ basis.
As the ProDental CPD website is provided to you “as available,” you agree that ProDental CPD shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the ProDental CPD website or of your ability to access it.
ProDental CPD disclaims any warranty that our website’s operation will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
You assume the full responsibility and risk for any damage to your computer, or other devices, or other consequences that result from your downloading any information, software, or other materials through the ProDental CPD website.
ProDental CPD shall have no liability for any damage to your computer or other devices, including loss of data that results from your downloading any such materials.
Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that: ProDental CPD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits or loss of goodwill, use, or data (even if ProDental CPD has been advised of the possibility of such damages), that result from:
(a) your use of or inability to use ProDental CPD website
(b) access to or alteration of your personally-identifiable information or other information in an unauthorised manner
(c) representations or conduct of any third party related to the ProDental CPD website, including our advertisers and business partners
(d) any other matter relating to the ProDental CPD website.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ProDental CPD harmless from and against all losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and other litigation and arbitration expenses) (“Losses”) related to or arising from:
(a) negligent acts or omissions or intentional misconduct with respect to your use of the ProDental CPD website or goods purchased from the ProDental CPD website
(b) claims for infringement of the proprietary rights of any third party resulting from your use of the ProDental CPD website or goods purchased from the ProDental CPD website in violation of these.
The content provided on the ProDental CPD website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, and logos, is owned by either ProDental CPD or the party that has provided the content to ProDental CPD and is protected by international copyright laws.
ProDental CPD is the sole and exclusive owner of its compilation of this content on our website. Additionally, this compilation is protected by international copyright laws.
Unpermitted copying of any of this content could lead to copyright infringement.
ProDental CPD, and other logos, slogans, and product and service names used on this site are trademarks owned by ProDental CPD, its subsidiaries, or its affiliates.
You agree not to display or use such trademarks, in any manner, without the written permission of ProDental CPD.
Trademarks and trade names of third parties are the property of those third parties, and are used by ProDental CPD subject to license, or subject to the fair use provisions of trademark law.
Memberships to ProDental CPD are for a single user and memberships are not transferable. Membership to ProDental CPD is by subscription, the first non-refundable payment is taken on the day you complete an ‘Individual Subscription’ form.
Further annual payments are taken on the anniversary of the first payment.
The original cost of the membership is maintained for the lifetime of the membership, provided the payments are successfully collected each year.
It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that the details entered on the ‘Individual Subscription’ form are complete and accurate.
If any details change it is the responsibility of the member to update the information.
The member is responsible for ensuring the payment method is always updated with any change in details (credit card expiry dates, changes of payment method etc.)
Group memberships are available to practices or laboratories of 5 or more people who are all working at the same premises.
A member of staff will take responsibility of administering the practice/laboratory membership. Membership to ProDental CPD is by subscription, the first non-refundable payment is taken on the day you complete a ‘Groupl Subscription’ form.
Further annual payments are taken on the anniversary of the first payment.
The original cost of the practice/laboratory membership is maintained for the lifetime of the membership, provided the payments are successfully collected each year.
It is the responsibility of the group administrator to ensure that the details entered on the ‘Group Subscription’ form are complete and accurate.
If any details change it is the responsibility of the group administrator to update the information.
The group administrator is responsible for ensuring the payment method is always updated with any change in details (credit card expiry dates, changes of payment method etc.)
Bundles are purchased for a one time payment, no agreement or recurring payments are required.
The fee for purchased bundles is non-refundable.
Bundles are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, it is your respnsibility to complete all of the modules prior to the expiration date.
Following the purchase of a bundle, you have the option to upgrade your account to an individual membership for a period of 90 days. The first years membership will be discounted by the value of the purchased bundle. After the 90 days have expired the full individual membership fee will be charged.
On completion of your registration as a member of the ProDental CPD website, we consider you a member of the ProDental CPD community.
Your membership and password are only valid for your own personal, non-commercial use of ProDental CPD.
During the registration process the email adress you enter will become your username you will specify your own password.
All activities that occur under your username or password are your responsibility it is important that you keep your user ID and password safe.
Please notify us immediately if you think someone has used your password or registration without your authority.
You may not transfer or make available your account name and password to others, including without limitation your partners, spouses or co-workers.
Any distribution by you of your account name and password may result in cancellation of your subscription without refund and in additional charges based on unauthorised use.
If you have forgotten your ProDental CPD Username email firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you used to sign up.
ProDental CPD will email you your Username within 2 working days.
Term and Termination
You may terminate your registration at any time by cancelling your membership as decribed in Cancelling a Membership Subscription in these terms.
ProDental CPD reserves the right to terminate its relationship with you at any time.
In the event collections proceedings or legal action become necessary, you agree to pay all of ProDental CPD costs and fees incurred, including legal fees.
From time to time ProDental CPD may, at its discretion, offer limited special offers or free trials of some products or services.
Any offers are for the use of the intended member only.
Any sharing or abuse of any offer may result in you becoming responsible for the cost of lost revenue incurred by ProDental CPD as a result of your action.
Automatic Renewal Program Benefits
Your membership fee is for the life of your membership, it will not increase as long as the subscription payments are collected succesfully.
If you are participating in the ProDental CPD Automatic Renewal Program, ProDental CPD will automatically renew your subscription on the anniversary of your purchase to ensure that there is no interruption of your member privileges.
ProDental CPD will charge your chosen payment method at the original subscription rate using the payment information we have on file for your account.
Unless you provide ProDental CPD with adequate prior notice that you are cancelling your subscription, we may renew your subscription without further authorisation from you.
Subscriptions are renewed automatically on the anniversary of the first non-refundable payment to ProDental CPD.
7 days before the subscription anniversary, an email advising the individual member or group admininstrator of the intention to collect payment will be sent to the email address used when you initially signed up for membership.
Payment will be taken using the same payment method used when you made the first payment.
Prices for all subscriptions and payments include VAT but exclude telecommunication charges.
If you purchase subscription services, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card (or other form of payment that we may accept from time to time), the applicable fees and taxes (if any) set forth on the ProDental CPD website.
ProDental CPD reserve the right, upon prior notice to you, to change the amount of any fees and to institute new fees, effective at the end of your current subscription period.
All authorised charges will be billed to your designated credit card account (or other payment method) on the terms described in the specific offer.
If payment cannot be charged to your chosen payment method or your payment is returned to ProDental CPD for any reason, ProDental CPD reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the unpaid-for subscription services.
If payment cannot be colllected on the agreement date, the membership will be deactivated until the card details are updated.
Attempts to debit payments will be made within 24 hours. A further payment will be taken every consecutive day for each outstanding payment (for each scheduled payment that has been missed).
Cancelling a Membership Subscription
To cancel a subscription, click on the Cancel Membership button in the My Details section of your account when you are signed in. If you have a WorldPAy agreement you should send notification that you wish to cancel by email to email@example.com at least 2 working days prior to the renewal date.
Office hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM (UK time).
If you have received an email advising you of the intention to collect a payment, and you wish to cancel your membership, you can cancel the next payment by clicking on the Cancel Membership button in the My Details section of your account when you are signed in.
If you have a WorldPAy agreement you should submit notice that you wish to cancel by email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 working days prior to the renewal date.
You may terminate the Automatic Renewal Programme at any time by clicking on the Cancel Membership button in the My Details section of your account when you are signed in.
If you have a WorldPAy agreement you should submit notice that you wish to cancel by email to email@example.com at least 2 working days prior to the renewal date
If you have a dispute with ProDental CPD relating to the website or the Automatic Renewal Programme, you may cancel the Automatic Renewal Programme.
The cancellation of Automatic Renewal Programme is your only remedy with respect to any such dispute that you may have with us.
Any such termination or cancellation is subject to the no-refund policy described.
Upon any termination or cancellation of your subscription services, we may immediately deactivate or delete your ProDental CPD membership and all related information and/or bar any further access by you to the ProDental CPD website.
The first year’s payment is non-refundable.
Payments for bundles are non-refundable.
No partial months will be refunded.
A refund will not be made if a module is completed (in part or full) following the renewal date and up to the next renewal date.
You will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription term.
If you feel you are entitled to a refund you should make a request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The ProDental team will consider your request. You will be informed by email of the findings and if you are entitled to a refund, this will be made to your method of payment. ProDental CPD aim to complete this within 7 working days (UK) of your application.
If notice of the intention to collect a payment was sent to the subscriber, and the subscriber did not cancel the membership or future payment. ProDental CPD reserves the right to apply an administration fee of £20 for processing any relevant refund.
All requests for refunds must be submitted by the account holder and by e-mail. ProDental CPD cannot accept requests by telephone, post, text or via social media.
* If the previous year membership payment was not made on the original agreement date, this can affect the member receiving 7 days’ notice prior to the renewal payment.
